At BulkSupplier, we strive to process and dispatch your orders as quickly as possible. This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered.
By placing an order on BulkSupplier, you agree to the terms of this policy.
1. Order Processing
All orders are subject to:
- Stock Verification
- Price Verification
- Order Review
- Payment Verification (where applicable)
Orders are generally processed within 1–2 working days. Processing may take longer during festivals, high order volumes, supplier delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Placing an order does not guarantee acceptance or immediate dispatch.
2. Pricing & AIR Products
The prices displayed on the website are indicative wholesale prices.
Before dispatch, every order is reviewed by our team.
Some products are classified as AIR Models, which are imported via air courier and incur additional import and freight costs. If your order contains AIR Models, the final price may be revised before confirmation, and you will be informed accordingly.
3. Product Availability
All products are subject to stock availability.
Although we regularly update our inventory, stock may change due to continuous sales. If any product becomes unavailable after an order is placed, it may be removed from the order or substituted only with your approval. Customers will be charged only for the products supplied.
4. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are additional unless specifically mentioned otherwise.
Freight charges are determined by the courier or transport company based on:
- Delivery Location
- Actual Weight
- Volumetric Weight
- Parcel Dimensions
- Number of Packages
The shipping company may calculate charges based on whichever is higher between Actual Weight and Volumetric Weight. These charges will be added to the final invoice.
5. Delivery Timeline
Estimated delivery times are:
- Metro Cities: 3–5 Business Days
- Other Cities & Regional Areas: 5–8 Business Days
- North-East & Remote Locations: Up to 15 Business Days
These are estimated delivery timelines only and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery depends on the respective courier or transport company.
6. Cash on Delivery (COD)
COD service may be available for selected customers and locations.
An advance payment, as communicated during order confirmation, is mandatory for all COD orders. Orders will not be dispatched until the required advance has been received.
7. Transit Responsibility
Once the shipment has been packed and handed over to the courier or transport company in good condition, responsibility for delivery rests with the logistics provider.
BulkSupplier is not responsible for delays, loss, theft, or damage occurring during transit. However, we will reasonably assist customers in coordinating with the courier company whenever possible.
8. Damaged or Tampered Packages
Customers should inspect the parcel at the time of delivery.
If the package appears damaged, opened, wet, crushed, or tampered with, please:
- Take clear photographs before opening the parcel.
- Record an unboxing video.
- Notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
This helps us assist you with the courier company's claim process.
9. Incorrect Delivery Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details.
Any additional shipping, return, storage, or re-delivery charges resulting from incorrect addresses, unavailable recipients, or refused deliveries shall be borne by the customer.
10. Policy Updates
BulkSupplier reserves the right to modify this Shipping & Delivery Policy at any time. Updated policies become effective immediately upon publication on the website.
