Welcome to BulkSupplier. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and services. By registering an account, placing an order, or using our platform, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

BulkSupplier is a Business-to-Business (B2B) wholesale platform intended for retailers, dealers, distributors, resellers, online sellers, service providers, and other business customers. We reserve the right to approve, reject, suspend, or terminate any account at our discretion.

2. Customer Account

Customers are responsible for providing accurate business and contact information and for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials. Any activity carried out through your account shall be considered authorized by you.

3. Product Information

We make every effort to ensure product descriptions, specifications, images, and pricing are accurate.

However:

  • Product images are for reference only.
  • Colours, packaging, and specifications may vary.
  • Customers are responsible for selecting the correct mobile model before placing an order.

4. Pricing

Prices displayed on the website are indicative wholesale prices and are subject to verification before order confirmation.

Some products are classified as AIR Models, which are imported through air courier and attract additional import and freight costs. If an order contains AIR Models, the final price may be revised before confirmation, and the customer will be informed accordingly.

5. Orders & Stock Availability

All orders are subject to:

  • Stock Availability
  • Price Verification
  • Order Review
  • Payment Verification (where applicable)

Placing an order does not guarantee product availability or acceptance of the order.

BulkSupplier reserves the right to:

  • Accept or reject any order
  • Partially fulfil an order
  • Cancel unavailable items
  • Revise quantities where necessary

Customers will only be billed for products actually supplied.

6. Payments

Orders may require:

  • Advance Payment
  • Full Payment
  • Partial Payment
  • Approved Credit Terms

Cash on Delivery (COD), where available, requires an advance payment as communicated during order confirmation.

7. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping charges are additional unless otherwise stated.

Delivery timelines provided on the website are estimated and depend on the courier or transport company.

Shipping charges are calculated by the logistics provider based on the higher of:

  • Actual Weight
  • Volumetric Weight

BulkSupplier is not responsible for delays, damage, or loss occurring after the shipment has been handed over to the courier or transport company.

8. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

BulkSupplier follows a strict No Return and No Exchange policy.

Refunds are issued only in situations specifically covered under our Cancellation, Return & Refund Policy.

Customers are requested to verify product compatibility, quantity, and order details before confirming their purchase.

9. Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to:

  • Provide accurate business and delivery information.
  • Verify product compatibility before ordering.
  • Inspect shipments immediately upon delivery.
  • Report incorrect or damaged products within 48 hours of delivery.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the BulkSupplier website, including logos, images, product catalogues, text, graphics, software, and website design, is the property of BulkSupplier or its licensors and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without prior written permission.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BulkSupplier shall not be liable for:

  • Business Loss
  • Loss of Revenue
  • Loss of Profit
  • Indirect or Consequential Damages
  • Delays caused by third-party logistics providers
  • Losses resulting from incorrect product selection by the customer

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the invoice value of the affected products.

12. Changes to Terms

BulkSupplier reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated terms become effective immediately upon publication on the website.

13. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from the use of the BulkSupplier platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.
